Refund Policy

• Free first: your first two Sundays are free, with no card and no commitment. Try us before you pay anything.
• Cancel any time with 7 days' notice by email. No cancellation fee. We finish the work already paid for, then stop, and we never charge for a month that starts after your notice ends.
• If we miss: if we miss a delivery deadline, or a clip doesn't match what we agreed and we can't fix it within 2 business days, we refund or credit that clip or week, pro rata.
• Revisions: each clip includes one round of changes (for example a caption fix or a different start or end).
• Fees for clips already delivered and accepted are otherwise not refundable.

To ask for a refund or credit, email rajman@steepleclips.com with the week or clip it is about. We reply within 2 business days.
