This policy explains what information Steeple Clips collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- From the free-clips form or your email: your name, church name, email address and the link to your sermon.
- From clients: the videos you send or link, the names you ask us to spell right, and, if we post for you, the access you give us to your social accounts.
- From this website: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country), collected without cookies.
How we use it
- To make your sample clips and, if you become a client, your weekly clips.
- To reply to you and send invoices. If you don't reply to our emails, we stop writing; reply "STOP" and we will never email you again.
Who helps us (service providers)
We use a few trusted services to do the work: email (Zoho Mail), website hosting and statistics (Cloudflare), and AI services that transcribe audio or read the transcript to suggest moments. They process your information only to provide their service to us. We never sell your information and never use your footage to train AI models of our own.
How long we keep it
- Sample requests: if you don't become a client, we delete your source video within 30 days.
- Clients: we keep your source files while we work together, and delete them within 30 days after the end, or sooner if you ask. Clips you paid for stay yours.
- When we stop posting for you, we remove our access to your accounts right away.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email rajman@steepleclips.com and we will answer within 7 days.
